Join a leading organization as a Fund Administration Manager, overseeing a dedicated administration team. This role involves managing, planning, monitoring, and reporting to ensure excellent service standards and accurate member data. Duties & Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the administration team, ensuring efficient workflow and high service standards
Ensure timely updates of contributions and accurate processing of umbrella and funeral claims
Oversee accurate and timely allocation of transfers in and out, and execution of member switches
Maintain accurate member data on the admin system and manage unit price management
Develop, enhance, and implement policies, procedures, and processes for efficient administration
Investigate and monitor escalations and complaints, proposing solutions to prevent recurrence
Train, mentor, and coach team members, setting performance goals and managing employee performance
Authorize payment of claims and perform quality control reviews on contributions, switches, and claims
Prepare and review monthly/quarterly reports and manage fund implementation reviews
Address and resolve escalated client/member queries and complaints professionally

Skills & Experience:
Excellent Excel skills, including V-Lookup and pivot tables
FICA awareness training
Minimum 4 years of experience in employee benefits or retirement fund administration
Good knowledge of pension fund legislation, including Section 13A, regulations, and guidelines
Everest system experience (advantageous)

Qualification:
Undergraduate degree or Retirement Fund qualification
